We understand that preferences can change, and sometimes you might need to cancel an order. Here’s how we handle cancellations to keep things simple and clear.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
We know plans can change, so you have the option to cancel an order before it reaches you. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before the item has been shipped, whichever comes first.
To cancel, simply contact our customer support team via email, and we will guide you through the process. Once your cancellation is approved, we will process a full refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
Orders Already Shipped
Once your order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. Don’t worry, though—if you no longer want the item, you can return it once it arrives by following our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Modification
We currently do not offer the ability to change items or shipping details after an order is placed. If you need to adjust something, the best approach is to cancel your existing order (if eligible) and place a new one with the correct details.
